FAQ
Any edit to the pages you already have: new text, photos, prices, hours, services or layout tweaks, as often as you like. The only thing that doesn't count as a change is adding a new page.
There's no contract to get stuck in. You pay for your first month when you sign up, and your monthly billing only starts once your site is delivered. After that first month, you can cancel any time. Once we've built your site, the first month isn't refundable.
If you cancel, billing stops and your site comes down within 24 hours. We keep a copy for 30 days, so if you resubscribe in that time, we can put it back online. After 30 days, it's deleted.
On the yearly plan ($999 a year, paid upfront), your year starts on the day your site is delivered. You can cancel within the first 3 months and we'll refund everything except those 3 months at $99 each, so $702 back. After 3 months, the rest of the year isn't refundable. If you cancel then, you choose: keep your site live and keep asking for changes until the end of your year, or have us take it down sooner. Either way, the $999 isn't refunded.
Framewrk does. We design, build and host your site on our own servers as part of your monthly plan, so you don't get access to the server or the site's files: we look after all of that for you. A domain you already own stays yours, and so does the content you give us, like your logo, photos and text.
We deliver your site within 72 hours. If there are changes to make before it goes live, we make those first, which can add a little time.
Yes. We'll connect the domain you already own to your new site. The domain itself isn't included in the monthly price, so you keep paying for it yourself.
